A cookbook with more than 100 recipes for beginners and advanced cooks. I wrote all of these traditional recipes with adjustments for my personal preferences and style of cooking. All the recipes are great on regular, or AGA, stoves and I have baked, grilled, boiled, and fried using my own 4 oven AGA (you can find additional cooking instructions for AGA stoves at the end of the book).
